The rapper 50 Cent caused a stir yesterday after he was pulled over for traffic violations while driving his silver-colored Lamborghini through Midtown, the police said.

Plainclothes officers in an unmarked car stopped 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson III, about 2 p.m. after he made an unsafe lane change, the police said. They said he was northbound on Eighth Avenue and was pulled over around 32nd Street after weaving in and out of traffic.

As a crowd gathered and snapped photos with cellphones, the officers ordered 50 Cent out of his car and took him to a nearby station.
